    You are currently on the Australia Bookstore Hub. Orders can only be purchased in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all prices include GST. Online orders can be shipped to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. For orders going to other international addresses please Email Us for shipping cost and processing.

     

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (See exception below) We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    Exception: USB Flash Drives are non-refundable.

    Regarding Curriculum on USB Flash Drives.

    • Flash Drive files only play on Mac and PC operating systems.
    • Flash Drives are "Read Only" files.
    • Flash Drives are engineered to prevent files being copied on a computer hard-drive.
    • Although USB Drives can be "mirrored" on a Television Screen, they will not play directly to a TV USB port.

    If you need to return an item, please Email Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items.

     

    Shipping

    Most orders ship within 12-36 hours. Growing Families Australia uses Australia Post for all shipping.

    Shipping costs will automatically calculated. For larger orders shipping costs may need to be calculated manually. Please Email Us with your order, address for delivery and whether you would like your order posted Express Post or Parcel Post and we will calculate postage costs and send invoice for payment.

    New Zealand Custom Charges

    From 1 April 2026, the New Zealand Government has introduced new charges that affect both postal and commercial goods entering New Zealand

    Commercial customers: This charge will be applied at a rate of NZD$2.21 per item. The new charge will be applied to low-value goods (at or less than NZD$1,000) and will be charged per consignment.

    Postal customers: A new Customs charge will be applied by weight, to all items at a rate of NZD$1.28 per kg.
